Gift Card – Terms & Conditions Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or redeeming a Travelbee Tours Gift Card. By using our gift card services, you agree to be bound by the following terms: 1. Validity & Usage • Travel Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. • Gift Cards can be redeemed only for travel services booked through Travelbee Tours – including tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and related services. • The Gift Card cannot be used or redeemed for Air Ticket Booking. • The Gift Card can be used partially or fully, and remaining balances (if any) will remain valid until the expiry date. • Multiple gift cards cannot be used in a single transaction. 2. Redemption Process • To redeem, the recipient must contact Travelbee Tours via phone, email, or in person and quote the unique Gift Card code provided at the time of purchase. • The Gift Card must be redeemed in advance of travel; last-minute redemptions are subject to availability and standard booking policies. • Gift Cards cannot be used for on-the-spot bookings or purchases made outside Travelbee Tours’ official booking channels. 3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable • Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred to another individual once issued in a recipient’s name. • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Treat them like cash. 4. Limitations • Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with certain special offers, promo codes, or third-party discounts unless otherwise stated. • Cannot be applied toward visa charges, travel insurance, government taxes, or personal expenses during the trip. 5. Changes & Cancellations • Any booking made using a Gift Card is subject to Travelbee Tours’ standard cancellation and modification policies. • If a booking is cancelled, the refundable amount (if any) will be re-credited to the gift card, subject to cancellation fees as per policy. • Gift Cards do not accrue interest or bonuses and are not eligible for promotional loyalty points. 6. Legal & General • Travelbee Tours reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. • In case of any dispute, the decision of Travelbee Tours shall be final and binding. • Gift Cards are issued by Travelbee Tours, located at Mandvi-Kutch. • Any disputes will be subject to Mandvi Jurisdiction.
