We’re excited to be a part of your journey and are committed to making your trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to review the following terms, which are designed to ensure a seamless travel experience for you. 1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION & VALIDITY 1.1. This voucher confirms your travel package and is valid only for the services listed in your itinerary. 1.2. The voucher is issued in your name and cannot be transferred to another traveller unless arranged in advance. 1.3. Please present a valid ID along with this voucher when checking in or using any service. 1.4. To ensure a stress-free experience, we recommend verifying your travel details and keeping a copy of this voucher with you during your trip. 2. PAYMENT, PRICING & PACKAGE INCLUSIONS 2.1. Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received, unless otherwise specified. 2.2. We strive to offer the best prices, but occasional adjustments may occur due to currency fluctuations, supplier changes, or government-imposed taxes. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. 2.3. Your package includes only the services listed in your itinerary. Any additional expenses, such as personal shopping, extra meals, or optional tours, will be at your own cost. 2.4. If any pricing discrepancies arise due to technical or human error, we will promptly notify you and work towards the best possible resolution. 2.5. We reserve the right to adjust prices after booking confirmation if there are significant cost increases due to: -Airline fare changes -Fuel surcharges -Government-imposed taxes and fees -Currency fluctuations affecting supplier costs In such cases, you will be notified in advance, and you will have the option to accept the revised price or cancel with a full refund, subject to supplier policies. 3. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 3.1 Changes to Your Booking We understand that travel plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate modifications. Changes to dates, hotels, or services are subject to availability and may involve additional costs. Requests should be made in writing as soon as possible so we can assist you efficiently. 3.2 If You Need to Cancel While we’d love for you to enjoy your trip, we recognize that unexpected situations may arise. In case of cancellation, the following charges apply: 30+ days before departure: 10% cancellation fee 15–29 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee 7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee Less than 7 days: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on airline, hotel, and service provider policies. 3.3 If We Need to Cancel or Change Your Booking In the rare event that we must modify or cancel part of your package due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll offer: -A suitable alternative of equal or greater value -A future travel credit -A refund (as per supplier policies) 4. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & REQUIREMENTS 4.1. Please ensure you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visa, and any required health certificates. 4.2. Travelbee Tours cannot be held responsible if you’re unable to travel due to incorrect or missing documentation. 4.3. Some destinations may have specific vaccination or travel authorization requirements—our team is happy to assist if you need guidance. 5. TRAVEL INSURANCE & LIABILITY 5.1. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind, covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unexpected events. 5.2. If you choose not to get travel insurance, you acknowledge that any losses, medical expenses, or cancellations will be your responsibility. 5.3. While we carefully select our partners, Travelbee Tours cannot be held liable for third-party service disruptions, such as airline delays, hotel issues, or unforeseen travel disruptions. 6. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION 6.1. Travelbee Tours respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. 6.2. Any personal information collected will be used solely for processing your booking and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties. 7. BAGGAGE POLICY & TRANSPORT DELAYS 7.1. Each airline has specific baggage allowances—please check your ticket for details. If you need additional baggage, we recommend pre-booking to avoid high airport charges. 7.2. Travelbee Tours is not responsible for lost or delayed luggage. If this happens, please report it to the airline immediately. 7.3. No refunds will be provided for missed activities or meals due to delayed flights, trains, or other transport disruptions. We recommend allowing ample transit time and having travel insurance for such situations. 8. FORCE MAJEURE (UNFORESEEN EVENTS) 8.1. Travelbee Tours cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by: -Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes) -Airline strikes or government-imposed travel bans -Pandemics, health crises, or civil unrest -Security threats such as terrorism or war 8.2. In such cases, we will work with suppliers to provide the best possible alternatives. Refunds will be subject to supplier policies, and any additional costs incurred due to changes will be the client’s responsibility. 9. HOTEL POLICIES & CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS 9.1. Hotel check-in and check-out times vary. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance (subject to availability and additional charges). 9.2. Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in. 9.3. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your room preferences, but specific requests (e.g., bed type, smoking/non-smoking) depend on availability. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 10.1. Travelbee Tours' liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the travel package. 10.2. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages unless caused by our negligence. 11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW 11.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Mandvi Jurisdiction. 11.2. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to legal proceedings. 12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT 12.1.
